There are two airports in Apulia: Bari and Brindisi. Bari’s airport is about 194 km far from Tuglie, Brindisi’s Casale airport is 80 km far from our Resort. 

Search the airport in Puglia you chose for your journey, whether Bari or Brindisi. While searching, you will also find the cities of Taranto and Foggia, but these two airports do not serve flights to European destinations.

Easiest trip: Bari → Brindisi → Lecce → Gallipoli → Alezio → Tuglie

From the Bari airport there is a local bus service into the centre of Bari, and there is also a more expensive airport shuttle bus which runs straight to the railway station.

Brindisi airport is connected by bus to the centre of town. The airport is close to a great tourist attraction: the frescoed Basilica di Santa Maria del Casale.

From Brindisi Airport there is also a fast bus service to Lecce, which runs several times a day and stops just outside the centre of Lecce.

The nearest station to arrive in Tenuta la Baronessa by train is Alezio. The company how serve Lecce – Alezio is FSE: here the link . From  train station to our Hotel you need a taxi or NCC.

We recommend to rent a car during your stay in Puglia. Public transportation is limited in some areas of lower Apulia, while taxis are too expensive.
