What has changed after the virus COVID 19?

Tenuta La Baronessa is where our customers are surrounded by green and this direct contact with the nature has always helped our guests to feel relaxed and peaceful .

A warm welcome , cordiality , and attention to our customers have always been a priority for us .

We also are aware and keep in great consideration the trust our guests have on us , therefore we are doing our best to implement and follow the guideline from the government in order to guarantee especially on this particular moment the safety of our staff and guests .

For all these reasons ,under the guidance of qualified technicians , La Baronessa ‘s team has committed to put in place and follow all the safety measure , procedure and guidelines provided by the Italian government .

We have specifically focused on hygiene standards , disinfection , sanitation in all the different areas of our premises to make them safe for our workers and customers .

PREMISES

At Tenuta la Baronessa , we don’t lack of space. :-)

The size and length of our outdoors spaces and gardens have always been available and known to our customers.

As a matter of facts our entire structure is extended over 12 hectares of land.

This vastness has always guaranteed privacy and free movement to our customers .

In addition to that we have been working hard to train every single member of our staff to be able to still do their job but in respect of our guest safety .

COMMON AREAS & SPACE

At La Baronessa we are committed to respect social distancing . In order to do that this year we have carefully managed our booking and reservations .

We have have in fact decided to make available only part of our rooms and apartments in order to limit the number of guests staying in our premises at the same time .

In addition to that for the safety of our customers and staff we have installed In all common areas anti bacterial 70 % alcohol hand gel dispensers.

We have also made mandatory the use of face mask for all our guests and workers .

Finally we have also installed around our premises some clear signs as a general reminder of all social distancing and safety procedures .

POOLS

Sun -beds and umbrellas have been located 2 metres or more a part from each other’s all around our pool area.

In addition to that our staff will make sure that all these outdoor furnitures will be cleaned and sanitised daily .

BREAKFAST

Following government directions we have taken off our breakfast buffet .

In order to avoid queues , gathering In respect of social distancing , we have changed the way we will provide breakfast .

Our guests in fact will be able to consume their breakfast at the table or take it away .

We have put together 6 different set menus to choose from .
Our breakfast room will be open only between

7:30 AM to 9 AM from 9 AM to 10:30 AM .

SNACK BAR

In our premises we don’t have a restaurant therefore we don’t provide customers with half-board or full -board options .

However we have available to our guests a snack bar service on the pools area. This bar is open 7 days out of 7 from 11AM to 8 PM.

Our customers will be able to choose between Hot Food or Cold Food upon reservation .

In addition to that please note that our menus might be subject to changes and might vary from day to day.

In fact the food we serve is home made with the products locally sourced from our gardens and farm.

ROOMS

All the rooms will be sanitised daily with particular attention on handles , remote controls, buttons , using alcohol and chlorine based products .

Oltre alle normali procedure di check in, sarà necessario firmare l'autocertificazione della tua buona salute.

Come sempre ti accompagneremo in camera, per mostrarti il percorso di arrivo più breve.

Il nostro sorriso ci sarà sempre, anche se coperto dalla mascherina.

Che cosa è cambiato in camera?

Gli standard igienici sono sempre stati molto alti qui alla Baronessa. Oggi più che mai dobbiamo assicurarti un soggiorno sicuro e piacevole.

Abbiamo intensificato le procedure di igienizzazione adeguandoci alle richieste del Ministero della Salute.

Troverai tutto nel nostro protocollo di sicurezza alla reception.

E in piscina come mi devo comportare?

L'accesso alla nostra area relax a bordo piscine è ad uso ESCLUSIVO dei nostri ospiti.

Non entra nessuno di esterno per preservare la privacy dei nostri clienti.

Le regole sono semplici:

Legare i capelli, se lunghi.
L'accesso in vasca è consentito per un max di 28 persone contemporaneamente
Ombrelloni e lettini sono disponibili e opportunamente distanziati. Qui come sai lo spazio non manca :)
Bisogna fare la doccia prima di accedere in vasca e rispettare il percorso obbligato che troverai indicato.

La colazione?

La consumazione a buffet non è consentita, per cui la nostra colazione sarà servita al tavolo.

Di conseguenza per garantire il dovuto distanziamento sociale, evitando assembramenti e tempi d’attesa lunghi, prevederà le seguenti modalità di erogazione:

scelta di un menù tra 6 alternative
preferenza dell’orario di arrivo in sala.

Possono sedere a tavola persone NON conviventi?

Purtroppo non è possibile far accomodare persone non conviventi allo stesso tavolo. Nè a colazione, né durante le consumazioni allo snack bar.

Daparte nostra, c'è il massimo impegno per GARANTIRE il distanziamento sociale, anche riducendo il livello di occupazione della struttura.

Richiederemo obbligatoriamente la mascherina in tutti gli spazi comuni.
