Are you having a hard time deciding where to stay for your next vacation? When you’re looking for comfort and great amenities, it can be daunting to try and figure out throught this map.
Look carefully, from the entrance (1) you get to the Parking (2) where you will leave your car.
Follow the path and you’ll arrive at the Hotel (3), where check in, Breakfast Rooms are located in. Economy, Classic and Superior rooms are on the first floor. Along the 150mt avenue, the Playground (4) on the right.
in the backgroung you’ll discover our ancient Masseria (5), in front of our two outdoor pools (7). On the left are our Apartments (6).
The most beautiful part, however, remains the agricultural area. The rose garden (8), the farmhouse of the Cows (9). At you will find our Wind Turbine (10). Stables and pastures for our horses (11) and (12). At (13) our hen house.

"I don’t think I can fully sum up how excellent this place is within in merely a few paragraphs...
The staff are honestly the kindest, most accommodating, lovely people who made me and my family find it so hard to leave.
This place blew our expectation out of the water - as I am vegan and my mother is gluten free we are often dubbed the “problem family”, requesting changes and options that most place don’t usually offer. Was that a problem here? Certainly not - we were brilliantly catered for with smiley staff who took our requests and provided everything we could possibly dream for (even a list of all the vegan and gluten free friendly restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream shops nearby)
All I can say is that you would never ever regret coming here - in fact once you do you’ll find it hard to find anything as special."

"Don’t want to say too much as would love to keep it to myself however what a fabulous place. Staff friendly, location fabulous, spotlessly clean, great pool, great breakfast and lunch. "We stayed as a family of 4 in one of the appartments near the pool. The appartment was immaculate and was cleaned often, we had everything we needed. A major bonus was the fact that we had air-conditioning throughout the whole appartment for when the nights were very hot. The staff in the hotel were all brilliant, friendly and very attentive to us and especially to our children who spent as much time on the farm as round the pool with other families and children. The breakfast is fresh and the produce where possible comes from their own farm, they make their own cheeses, yoghurts, cakes and breads as well as fresh fruit juices, all where possible without sugar and extremely fresh and varied. Location wise very central and quiet, but you are never more than an hour away from all the sights in Apulia. It really is as beautiful and spacious as what you see on the photos. We want to say Grazie a tutti for a lovely holiday!"
